Integrate yoga into your work. Create your yogic foundation for practice and teaching. Start your journey here.
The training is composed of 3 phases. During the first and last phase we come together in the eco retreat ‘Monte Velho’ in Portugal, where the stunning and peaceful environment will support our focused learning. In the months in between the two retreats, you will receive in-depth online mentoring and online training. That way you can study in the comfort of your own home or anywhere else you wish.
Phase 1 of the training will happen from the 22nd to 29th of April 2018 at the stunning ‘Monte Velho’ eco retreat center in Portugal.
From the top of the “Monte”, we become consciousness of the vast natural space around us, the strength of the elements in the region and the overwhelming beauty of one of the most, or perhaps last, secret places in the world.
After the retreat, we will naturally flow into the 2nd phase, where you’ll receive online study and mentoring for the following months, until we meet again in Portugal for phase 3. The last phase will happen from the 5th to 12th of November 2018 at ‘Monte Velho’ eco retreat center in Portugal again.

Anneke Sips, founder
Within the training we teach a function-oriented approach to movement. Meaning, that we focus on awareness, stability, alignment, stretching, mobilization and daily life application, all the while working on a calm mind. Together, yoga and self-compassion, have the potential to create a state of warm, connected presence during dis-balanced moments in our lives.
International professionals will be trained to work with their students intelligently and with common sense while they learn to motivate themselves with kindness rather than criticism.
